At Crown Promotions, customer satisfaction is a top priority, which means we aim to ship your custom promotional products as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times and Cost
Our standard shipping method is USPS or UPS. Shipping customized apparel and products can take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the customer’s location. We currently only ship to locations within the United States. These estimates are based on our shipping providers and do not account for delays caused by weather conditions, shipping provider delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Crown Promotions does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. holidays.
For custom t-shirts and other custom branded items, our turnaround time is about 12-15 business days. When your promotional products are in production, please be prepared to approve design mockups and answer any questions via email. As a reputable promotional products supplier, we strive for quick turnaround times once an order is placed and approved, however these times can be affected by product availability, artwork approval, and other factors.
Order Tracking
Once you have placed an order with Crown Promotions, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will be in contact with you at different stages during the production, custom printing, and shipping process. After a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive tracking information that can be used to check the status and location of your order.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Some products can not be returned, such as custom t-shirts and other personalized promotional items, perishable goods, and personal care items. Once your returned items have been received and inspected we will contact you regarding a refund of the cost to the original payment method.
